Andrew P Cook is an Artist living and working in Eureka, California. Andrew’s work is an exploration of medium and experimentation with color and form. The more recent series is based on observation, but deconstructing what is seen to eliminate detail and make the paint function as paint and mark. Andrew is from Sacramento, California and received his undergraduate degree in fine art from Cal Poly Humboldt in Northern California.  The Natural and Urban settings within California have inspired his creativity and informed his paintings.
